Michelle and David
I had the best time with these two. When planning their engagement session, I encouraged them to think of ways to make it personal to them. Michelle mentioned wanting somewhere with a bridge. I knew of a lot of places with smaller, wooden bridges, but nothing to the scale she was thinking. However, this girl did some digging and found this amazing suspension bridge right in the middle of Raleigh. The lines were so much fun to play with, and David and Michelle’s chemistry just seemed at home this beautiful fall afternoon suspended above the gurgling river. They also wanted to incorporate their love for hockey. Both of them are hockey players, so we couldn’t pass up this opportunity to pay tribute to sport that brought them together and to the player Miles Wood, who coincidentally shares his last name with the further Mr. and Mrs. Wood.
As our session came to a close, the sky gifted us with the most vibrant sunsets of the year. It was incredible. The dusky, peach light was the perfect way to end the session. I can’t make these colors up.
