Morgan and Justin
I met Justin and Morgan for the first time ever two days before their wedding. We met up for their engagement pictures at our (all three of us) Alma Mater and location of where they first met —NC State University. Justin works in the military and Morgan has been working here. They haven’t shared the same zip code or timezone for that matter for the last several months, so scheduling an engagement shoot before just wasn’t possible. Despite the short time frame I was able to spend with them before the wedding day, it only took minutes for me to feel like I had known them a long while, and it made seeing them a couple days later on their wedding day morning that much more special.
Morgan is a spark, laughter, and passion. Justin is a rock, quiet smiles and steadiness. Watching how they compliment each other and bring out the very best things in one another was a simple reminder why I love doing this. Morgan brings out Justin’s goofy side like no other. Justin provides support that makes Morgan feel confident. They really are a great team, and it only took me a span of around 10 hours to uncover and see that. I think you might be able to see it too as you scroll.
All in all, this summer wedding, complete with DIY flowers, beautiful sunset across the field, and the best kind of dancing filled this day with the finest memories, and I’m lucky enough to have caught a couple of them.
