Rachel and Luke
Rachel and Luke know how to throw a party. Their wedding day could not have gone more smooth or been more fun. The day took place at the Chapel Hill Carriage House, and was filled with a romantic ceremony in front of friends and family, a Disney musical toast, rafting on the pond, lawn games, cocktails on the veranda, a bonfire with smores, a few goats and a Llama (no partridge or pair tree unfortunately). With everything going on during the reception, Rachel and Luke were so intentional to talk to each one of their guests and thank them for the part they played in their coming together. Their relationship is adventurous and sweet, and they really just love life, whether it's plants, animals, friends, family or each other. While we took their pictures, they willingly traipsed through tall grass, and grass-hopper covered hills to get the sweet images you see here. Now, moving away from what they know and venturing out to something new, they're bound for Pennsylvania to start their life together with their critters--Lily the cat and Fletcher the Aussie. Thank you for bringing me into this chapter of your relationship and thank you for inviting the Llama. It was by far the coolest wedding guest I have ever seen.
