Adam and Candice
These two know how to laugh. I felt like Candice and Adam took in the day with such a light-hearted perspective. They ran with the day, no matter what was thrown at them. (I'll chalk that up to Candice being an outstanding long distance runner and Adam being a diehard hockey player...it builds character ya'll.) Since the wedding was on a Friday, several guests and vendors fought traffic and an accident on the major highway on their way to the venue; however it did nothing to dampen their joyful spirit. They took it all in: the hiccups, the laughter and jokes, the details, and the friends and family from near and far. They did such a great job at involving their guests in the affair. They got everyone on the dance floor, young and old, disco dancers and even those with the two left feet. I especially enjoyed watching Candice's grandfather grace the floor. I could care less about the Dougie; watching this guy remember how to break it down with his granddaughter is what dancing shoes were made for. They also played the "shoe" game. I alway thoroughly enjoy learning more about a couple in this game. If you're unfamiliar, I would highly suggest you looking it up and considering incorporating it into your wedding. Jesse and I were rolling as we watched Adam and Candice throw up their perspective shoes at each question. Favorite question by far: Who would be the first one to eat the other on a deserted island?
This wedding was grande, jubilant, and lovely. We wish you all the best, friends!
